Ordering Samples
If you would like to purchase single unit samples, please contact us to place sample order. Sample can also be ordered from our website by putting "one sample" in the comment field when checkout. We will manually adjust the total afterwards. Shipping for sample is $0.5 per item and it is shipped via USPS first class mail. We do not offer free samples.
How to Order
Our products can be ordered through our secure online shopping cart. It is easy to use and allows different options to be specified. The checkout process will clearly show all prices, discount, tax and shipping charges. If you have questions with our shopping cart, please contact us.
An email confirmation would be automatically sent, if you do not receive any email, please check the junk mail box, sometimes it would be sorted as junk mail if you do not add info@loopcreations.com to your address book.
International Order
We accept international orders from selected countries. We accept PayPal payments for international orders. Shipping charges will be custom quoted based on delivery address. Please contact us to place an international order.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs taxes, duties, or other fees. The customer assumes the responsibility for these fees.
Delivery time= Processing time + shipping time.
Stock items are usually ready to ship between two to three business days (Monday-Friday, excludes public holiday), except our handmade soaps are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days to process. It
may take longer time for large volume orders. Please have at least 7-10 business days as turnaround time. Please contact
us for further questions.
Shipping & Handling
From our checkout process, we give quotes for ground shipping (USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery)
and express shipping (FedEx 2Day) to all US locations. Please contact
us if Next Day shipping is required.
Ground shipping (FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail) delivers from 1 to 5 business days
(except Hawaii and Alaska for 3 - 7 business days). View Zone Locator to estimate the shipping time.
Fedex Home Delivery for residential address delivers from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm.
Shipping charge is based on product weight and shipping destination, and is quoted during checkout.
All orders $100.00 or more will be shipped "Signature Required".
Shipping Policy
All shipping charges and personalized items
are non-refundable. All returned or refused shipments are subject to
15% restocking fee to the customer. There will be an additional fee charged
for incorrect or mistyped shipping addresses.
In addition, please keep in mind that carrier does not reimburse
for frozen or melted product. If you live in an area with extreme
temperatures, you should ensure that there is someone at the delivery
address to accept the package. We do not accept responsibility for products
that are melted or frozen after they leave our warehouse.
Lost Package
Both FedEx and USPS provides tracking as proof of order shipment from us.
However, packages could be lost during transit. We are not responsible for loss of packages at fault by the carrier or after package dropoff.
We suggest you allow for sufficient time so that a duplicate order can be placed and delivered for
your occasion. In case of lost packages, the carrier will work with you on validating the claim, and
and credit or refund from the carrier will be passed back to you.
Payment and Sales Tax
We accept Paypal, American Express, Mastercard & Visa.
Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to orders with
a California shipping address. No sales tax is charged outside the state of California.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. For any reason you
may return the products within 15 days of purchase in its original conditions
and packaging for a refund of the product, 15% restocking charge will be applied, shipping and handling would not be refunded. Please
include your invoice and reason for return. Product exchange would only be allowed when we receive the item. Customer would be responsible for all shipping cost for return and exchange. Personalized items are not refundable.
We recommend protecting returned parcels by shipping with FedEx or UPS.
